Restorative Dentistry
We are proud to introduce the SOLEA Laser to our valuable patients. The SOLEA Laser's advanced technology works great for not only soft and hard tissue treatments but for restorative dental services. This state-of-the-art machine eliminates the need for any anesthesia, drills, loud noises, etc. which will help make your child feel more comfortable at the dentist.
Sedation Dentistry
We are proud to offer mild sedation to give our patients a stress-free visit. We also utilize nitrous oxide, which is also known as "laughing gas" to help reduce the gag reflex and anxiety. In addition, general anesthesia is available on certain days of the year.
Emergency Dental Care
It is very important to be prepared in case your child has an emergency. Even though we wish that they wouldn’t, emergencies do happen. Being educated and knowing what to do in an emergency can be the difference between losing and saving a tooth. You also need to know your dentist’s phone number.
Cavities And Fillings
Dental fillings are used to treat different dental problems like cavities and broken teeth. Teeth are usually filled with a material called composite resin, which is designed to look like natural teeth.
X-rays
In accordance with guidelines by ADA, AAPD, and FDA, we understand your concerns with exposure to dental X-rays. Therefore, we would only take X-rays needed to provide your child with the best dental care. Our state of the art digital X-ray equipment allows us to obtain the best diagnostic image while using the minimal amount of radiation exposure. Digital radiology has decreased the amount of radiation exposure by 90% compared to standard X-rays.

White Tooth-Colored Crowns
If not caught early, the cavity could cause a tooth to be too badly decayed to hold a tooth-colored filling. When teeth have extensive damage to the tooth structure, we may recommend a tooth-colored crown or stainless steel crown to ensure the most durable and long-lasting restoration until the tooth naturally is replaced by the permanent tooth.

Extractions
There are many reasons a child will need an extraction:
- The tooth is beyond damage and a root canal cannot save it.
- There is an extensive infection
- There is an extra tooth
- There is an ectopic eruption of permanent tooth
- There is a need for more room in the mouth for orthodontic treatment
Trauma
Even though you do everything you can to keep your children safe, accidents happen. Children get hit in the mouth and face all the time, and when that happens we do everything we can to fix their smiles.
There are some things you can do after the accident and before you arrive to make our job a little easier. It is also important to follow the dentist’s directions closely so your mouth heals as well as possible.
It is important to clean up the traumatized area and then keep it as clean as you can until you get to the office. You should use a soft washcloth to help clean the area.
If you see the traumatized teeth darken, the nerve (pulp) may be dying.
If you notice swelling or swelling re-occurs, we will need to see your child as soon as you can get here. We recommend icing the injury during the first twenty-four hours.
Keep an eye out for infection (indicated by gum boils) at the area. We will need to see your child as soon as we can if you notice infection.
It is often easier for children to eat a diet of soft food for a few days until your child feels like he or she can eat normally.
It is always important to stay away from certain foods, including sweets or really hot or cold foods.
If you are prescribed medication, follow the directions closely and always finish the medications as directed.
SOLEA Laser Soft Tissue and Hard Tissue Treatment
We are proud to offer laser dentistry services with our new, advanced SOLEA Laser technology. With this state-of-the-art technology, we eliminate the need to use any anesthesia or drills.
Laser Frenectomy
Frenum is the muscle that attaches the upper lip to the gum tissue or the tongue to the floor of the mouth. It can be excessively thick or tight and lead to difficulty in breastfeeding, Speech, or preventing teeth from naturally coming together. The SOLEA laser allows for precise surgical release of this tissue with minimal numbing, fast healing, minimal bleeding, and patient comfort.
Invisalign
Many teenagers are affected by malocclusions that need to be corrected. However, the thought of going through high school with braces may be your teen’s worst nightmare.
Luckily, Invisalign can be very helpful. Your teenager can get the smile that he or she deserves without bulky wires and brackets.
Invisalign uses clear aligners, so nobody will even know they are wearing them. As long as your teenager wears them for at least twenty-two hours a day, they will get proper treatment without the embarrassment of wires and braces.
